The family-friendly house in “tyrolean style” offers all year round the ideal place for relaxing holidays. The house’s unique location is the perfect starting point for a number of activities.

In summer, approximately 450 km hiking tracks invite hikers to get to know hidden spots and peaceful alpine huts, among which 20 are still open and invite for a stop.
Thanks to 279 km daily prepared cross-country tracks (classic and skating) the Olympiaregion Seefeld has repeatedly been awarded as “biggest cross-country skiing centre of the Alps”. However, also in winter our guests may experience the most beautiful and sunniest places on 95 km winter walking paths. A bus stop is near our house but also restaurants and a super market are within 5-10 minutes walking time.

• We offer our guests fresh rolls from the Leutascher bakery every day.
• For your vehicle we offer a dry parking space in our carport.
• For the well-being in our apartments we exchange on request at any time your bath and hand towels, as well as the bed linen. We usually do this for you weekly for economic reasons.
